“Interactive Strategy and Creative Workshop No.1”, is program created by iStrategyLabs, with the intention of exploring widgets, social media, social networking, brand engagement, search engine optimization, pay per click and digital creative.
While the experts named below will certainly provide insight during their presentations, the real value will be gleaned from interactions with you during the session. Specific issues your organization faces can be addressed in front of all attendees or you can feel free to pull an expert aside.
Think of this as an opportunity to pick the brains of some people who know a lot about the interactive space and how it can move brands forward. Oh, and if that isn’t enough to grab your interest, breakfast will be provided as well – and if your schedule permits please feel free to join us for lunch!

From Peter Corbett:
It has been exactly 21 days at the time of this posting that iStrategyLabs has been in business. In that short period of time we have achieved an incredible amount:
-www.iStrategyLabs.com was launched
-Full ideation, invention and integrated marketing strategy services were brought to market.
-Our first clients came on board:
www.studentcity.com and www.biggerbettermarketing.com
-We sponsored our first event: http://dc.startupweekend.com and will be holding our first workshop at the University of Maryland on October 4th. This workshop is a private session for iStrategyLabs clients, prospects, friends and partners. We hope to develop some public sessions shortly.
-We have have begun the evaluation process with 3 would be startups to determine if they’re right for the labs. Once we’re engaged you’ll hear a lot more about ‘whats in the labs’ I assure you. However, some of these startups will be flying in super stealth mode for a while for obvious reasons.
-We’ve talked to all our friends about partnerships and synergies. These talented people include folks at Heights Media Group, Social Interactive, Working Widgets, Viget Labs, Blattner Brunner, CyberCMO, Vantage Strategy, BiggerBetterMarketing, Q-Industries, The Creative Network and more.
-We’re working on our first Pro Bono gig for The Art Directors Club of Metropolitan Washington. We’re proud to have potentially the most tatented interactive designer in all of DC working on the front end: Jess3. He is also working with iStrategyLabs on feature/interaction ideation as well as social media marketing tactics for the site and will join the ADCMW programming committee shortly. The backend build will include a full CMS and social network for ADCMW members to use as their private space for interacting and organization. More on this when it’s done being built later in the year.
-Lastly, there are two projects that have been developed internally at at iStrategyLabs that we are working hard to bring to life over the next 3-6 months. The first is an internet tv show (a la WallStrip, Ask-a-Ninja) that will focus on Brands, Startups and the Venture Capital space. Speaking of the VC space, the really ‘big baller’ project we’re working on is the formation of a true incubator, with deep roots in two of the country’s best business schools. We can’t let the cat out of the bag yet, but we hope to have an announcement before the end of the year. Plans tentatively call for providing 4 teams of 3 (recent grads) with $300k in investment capital, along with facilities, advisors and other resources to bring their visions to fruition. We’re currently sourcing the right potential board members who will be responsible for vetting business plans and nurturing the startups we fund.
Enough about us. What you doing these days? Drop us a note!
