Note from Peter Corbett:

Many of my colleagues in the creative, technology and business circles in DC have expressed interest in giving back to the community. This Spring we have an opportunity throw our weight behind a wonderful program called Servathon - a DC area wide day of service that draws 3000+ volunteers each year to work on interesting projects that better our community.

Greater DC Cares - the organization that acts as the hub of the non-profit community in DC and matches businesses and individuals with qualified non-profits - puts on the event.

Servathon will take place on Saturday, May 3rd from 8am to 12pm, with a complementary after party to follow (including 30 kegs donated by Sam Adams).

Let’s just say that this is a great way to a) give back through hands on service b) hang out with fellow creative, tech and business folks and c) have fun at a great after party.

Please join your team “Creative + Tech + Biz” by clicking this link

You be asked to donate $20 as a registration fee (gets you a t-shirt and after party), but please contribute more if you can.

If you have any questions, please email me, or comment here!
