    I actually didn’t heard a thing in this piece on “brand building.” These were all lovely (and rather vague) sound bytes on brand maintenance.

    It think it’s interesting how everyone has their own way of hearing/interpreting content. What i heard on brand building was:

    1) focus on your customer, they’ll tell you how to win
    2) be genuine, don’t just try to be
    3) blogging is a great way to build brands
    4) brands need to be flexible so they build themselves
    5) monitor your brand so you can know what people are saying
    6) the conversation around your brand is happening w/o you. jump in

    Thats a lot of brand building advice….
