On Friday, Facebook changed their “Promotions Guidelines” and it initially threw some of our client campaigns into a tailspin.

We’ve digested the legalese, analyzed our options and pivoted our campaigns in response. You gotta love Mondays!

We’d like to share what we’ve learned. Here’s what we’ll cover:

1) What are the new guidelines exactly?
2) Is your campaign/page in jeopardy of violating these guidelines?
3) How should social promotions be executed in Facebook moving forward?
4) How do the 3rd party Facebook Promotion Apps stack up?

This Webinar will be presented by Peter Corbett, CEO of iStrategyLabs. iStrategyLabs is currently running promotions using Facebook Pages for consumer brands and non-profits.

We will not use specific brand experiences for this webinar out of deference to our clients, but we’ll take questions directly from those on the line to answer their specific issues if at all possible.

The call will be broken out as follows:

12:00-12:30pm – Agenda Items 1-4 are covered
12:30-1:00pm – Open Q&A (we’ll use the moderation feature to make sure people speak one at a time)

Love to join you and learn. Will catch up with later if it’s recorded. Me? Potluck lunch at the j-o-b that day. I’m bringing sweet potatoes. ~ Jessie
