Terra Cotta Warriors Invade DC!

Sometimes is hard to call what we do at iStrategyLabs a ‘job’ or ‘work’. We have way to much fun for those words to apply. For sure we work really hard though – and one thing that’s been keeping up super busy over the past few weeks is Destination DC’s Weekend Warrior campaign.

Perhaps you’re aware that National Geographic Museum is hosting Terra Cotta Warriors: Guardians of China’s First Emperor, an exhibition featuring treasures from the tomb complex of China’s first emperor, Qin Shihuangdi, including 15 life-size figures, weapons, armor, coins, and more.

What you may not know is that there are a number of ways to win a “Golden Weekend Get-away” courtesy of Destination DC. Here’s how:

1. If you’re on twitter, copy the link “http://bit.ly/warriorsdc” and tweet that along with a reason you want to come to DC. One lucky twitter user will win the following: two (2) night weekend stay at The Madison, A Loews Hotel, two (2) round-trip Amtrak tickets to DC, two (2) any-day, anytime tickets to the Terra Cotta Warriors exhibition at National Geographic Museum, two (2) tickets to the International Spy Museum, two (2) tickets for an Opentop Sightseeing City Tour. << You have until 12/3 to enter!

2. If you’re in Baltimore, Philadelphia or New York City – look out for a Terra Cotta Warrior invasion! If you capture a mini-terra cotta warrior, there’s an attached flag with a code that could unlock one of three Golden Weekend Get-away’s.
