Accelerating Innovation in Washington DC: startupXLR8R II + angelXLR8r + DC Tech Meetup

A few weeks ago, we launched our first startupXLR8R where 100 startups applied, and 22 teams were invited to participate in coding for a weekend then pitching to 10 angels/VCs.
