Labs for Hire
Most labs are temporary and last a day or two and cost a few thousand dollars. Some clients retain us on a monthly basis to keep them focused on long term issues, ideas and objectives. Whatever your goal may be, if you need to do something new, our fresh minds are at your disposal.
Social Media Labs
We understand social media marketing and social technology better than anyone you’ll meet. We can tie our own shoes and write in cursive too – the point is, uncovering how to be a social brand is not rocket science…it just takes some time, expertise and focus to get right. A Social Lab is one where we spend time exploring how your organization would look in a more socially savvy context. We explore social analytics, buzz monitoring, influencer identification, outreach, and all the other fun stuff that goes along with creating a framework for social participation with a brand.
Youth Labs
Our Youth Lab offering is one focused on all things youth culture related. We work with our sister agency Youth Marketing Connection to access to 600+ colleges and 5000+ high schools across the country to gather insights and execution campaigns for our clients.
We prefer to let teens and college students engage directly with our clients in sessions we facilitate – you’re going to hear directly from them how much they love your brand or what they think you can do to better engage them. We’ve put big brands in the hands of youth, where they’ve crafted their own marketing plans to be executed by the brand manager or themselves. That’s an awesome example of what can happen in a Youth Lab. What would work for you?
Most Youth Labs feature the following:
1. Face-to-face interaction with 14- to 24-year olds
2. Facilitated focus grouping
3. Core creative idea generation for engaging high school and college students
4. Brainstorming and creative campaign critiques by student participants
Civic Labs
iStrategyLabs believes deeply in the potential of citizen driven innovation. We’ve been working to strengthen Washington DC’s creative, technology, and entrepreneurial communities. In the process, we’ve started a global movement in Apps for Democracy, and have launched Digital Capital Week to catalyze change in DC. We’re now applying our methods to the community of soldiers and civilians in the US Army.
How can we help you change the way citizens interact in your city or country? Let’s get connected and find out.
